Kirby Multimedia Stage Roster

KIRBY MULTIMEDIA STAGE ROSTER

And here's the stages. Which would you pick to play on first?

Nightmare Enterprises

NIGHTMARE ENTERPRISES

The finale of the anime took Kirby, Meta Knight, Tiff, Tuff, and many of the more important townspeople out into space aboard the Battleship Halberd to take the fight to Nightmare Enterprises, storming their headquarters and fighting off a fleet of Destroyas.

This stage will recreate that battle, starting out with the players on the anime version of the Halberd, carrying them through the battlefield, letting them move up onto various destroyas and outer sections of the base, before taking them inside the base and into EnEmEe’s void.

Kirby Cafe

KIRBY CAFE

The Kirby series’ most popular real world attraction has to be the Kirby CafĂ©, a line of popular restaurants in Japan that serve all sorts of Kirby-themed dishes.

I would set a stage based on the restaurants on the Tokyo franchise specifically, incorporating the large Whispy Woods growing in the center, as well as a counter where chefs will be working and passing various food items out onto the stage that players can eat for health.

Castle Dedede

CASTLE DEDEDE

In the Kirby anime, most of the action takes place in Cappy Town and the surrounding area, most especially King Dedede’s castle resting on a hill overlooking the town, where King Dedede, Escargoon, Tiff, Tuff, and their parents all live.

This will be a massive stage, with lots of different areas to fight, including the main courtyard where the Ebrum family like to spend a lot of time, King Dedede’s personal balcony, the Waddle Dee training yards, and a center section that will occasionally open to reveal the monster-downloading machine firing up.

Kirby Multimedia Roster

KIRBY MULTIMEDIA

And here's the roster for all non-game Kirby characters, mainly from the anime, but also a few from outside of it. If this were a real roster from a real game, who ya mainin'?

Pirika

PIRIKA

In another novel, Kirby and friends find a young fairy fallen from the clouds, who tells them that a malicious creature clogged up the dam that poured rain onto the Rainbow Islands, asking for their help.

This fairy is Pirika. In reality, she is actually a fan of Queen Sectonia, who attempted to plant a Dreamstalk of her own in the lake supplying the water, so that it would amplify her spell to force the inhabitants to all be her friends.

As a fighter, Pirika is small and spry, with not a lot of physical power behind her. Her moveset would pull from her abilities shown in the novel.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Tron

TRON

In a novel based on Kirby: Battle Royale, King Dedede’s whole scheme and all the multiple Kirby’s were actually created by an inventor with a special camera.

This is Tron, a man scheming to use all the Kirby clones to devour all the food in Dream Land, so that the people would be forced to buy his disgusting vegetables out of desperation.

As a fighter, Tron will be a bit on the slow side, using his inventions to get by. His moveset will pull from his abilities shown in the novel, as well as the various aspects of Battle Royale itself.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Moa

MOA

Another novel, somewhat based on Super Star Ultra, saw a young boy sign on as a member of Meta Knight’s crew in hopes of training under him, only to be apparently killed in battle.

This young boy is Moa, who turns out to still be alive, manipulating Meta Knight into summoning Galacta Knight, with a plan to use a mind-control device to take control of the warrior and become the most powerful force in the galaxy.

As a fighter, Moa will be lacking in strength, speed, and really everything, with his tech and mind-control doing most of the work. His moveset will pull from his novel.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Director Kane

DIRECTOR KANE

In one novel, almost completely adapting the plot of Planet Robobot, a new character is added to the higher-ups of Haltmann Works, a slightly bumbling scientist.

This is Director Kane, part of their R & D division. He appears in many of the scenes featuring Susie and President Haltmann, adding a third voice to the mix, and acts as a boss a couple of times.

As a fighter, Director Kane will be an echo of President Haltmann, except with a bit less power and more erratic movements.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Baron Gallic

BARON GALLIC

Princess Marona is kidnapped when she falls under the spell of the Malice Stone, held by a sinister chameleon.

This is Baron Gallic, a nobleman who discovered the Malice Stone years before and fell under its effect, becoming twisted and evil. He desires the power of the cakes made by the citizens of Chiffon Star.

As a fighter, Baron Gallic will be quick and stealthy, with devilish, underhanded moves. His moveset will pull from across the novel, acting as an echo of Princess Marona.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Princess Marona

PRINCESS MARONA

In the 2010s, a light novel series was started, based in the Kirby universe. It featured Kirby, King Dedede, Meta Knight, and Waddle Dee going on various adventures around Dream Land, sometimes based on certain games, sometimes their own story entirely. One of the first featured the gang getting invited to a party at a kingdom known for its cakes.

This kingdom was ruled by its royal family, including the Princess Marona, who finds herself kidnapped so that the thief can get ahold of her mother’s cookbook.

As a fighter, Princess Marona with be young and spry, with not a lot of strength. Her moveset will pull from across her novel, both her own unique actions and those of her captor.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.

Lobzilla

LOBZILLA

Several years following the end of the anime, a new 3D mini-movie would be released, set in the same world, likely acting as a potential pilot. The plot featured King Dedede ordering a giant lobster monster with ice powers.

This monster was Lobzilla, and basically acted as the monster of the week that would have been a standard if the series had picked up, just like before.

As a fighter, Lobzilla would be floaty with high defense. Its moveset would pull from its various abilities shown in the mini-movie.

Likelihood rating: Non-game.
