STAR DREAM
Just as President Haltmann is about to be defeated, he attempts to power up using an AI construct built by a lost civilization and repurposed by him. Unfortunately, he ends up sabotaged by Susie, and the AI goes rogue.
This AI is Star Dream, the true final boss of Planet Robobot. It is similar in design to Galactic Nova, except with a lot more heavy weaponry.
As a fighter, Star Dream will be heavily shrunken down and will float around the stage. Its moveset will pull from all the various phases of its boss fight.
Likelihood rating: Never gonna happen.
