PRESIDENT HALTMANN
In the end, Kirby fights his way into the Access Ark, the headquarters of Haltmann Works. There, he finds the CEO of the company, wishing to upgrade and improve the entire world.
This is President Haltmann, the first final boss of the game. He built an AI called Star Dream to empower him and bring about his dream, an AI which took over his body upon his defeat and sabotage by Susie.
As a fighter, Haltmann would remain in his seat the entire time, using robot enhancements and mechs to fight. His moveset would pull from his boss fight.
Likelihood rating: Probably not.
