Broom Hatter

BROOM HATTER

Another generic enemy is the Broom Hatter, a simple little blob wearing a witch’s hat who spends most of their time sweeping the area they roam. In random games, they have provided the Clean ability.

As a fighter, Broom Hatter will generally be middling in stats as well. Its moveset will pull primarily from the Clean ability as it has appeared throughout the series.
