STALCHILDREN

Upon leaving the Lost Woods, Link will find himself in a huge open plain called Hyrule Field, a hub of sorts that connects all the major Hylian regions. He’ll need to be quick about it, however, as the moment night falls, skeletons will rise from the ground.

These are the Stalchildren, smaller and less powerful skeleton enemies than the more standard Stalfos. They tend to be a recurring hazard in many games during the night cycle, and even act as something of the “standard race” of the Ikana region of Majora’s Mask.

As fighters, they will be echoes of the Stalfos, albeit smaller and weaker in most aspects.
