MARIO AND SONIC HANDHELDS
Not too much to say here today. Almost everything character-wise is identical to that of the series' console counterparts. All twenty series regulars appear in each game as your chosen combatants across all events, with most being playable in the story modes as well. Most rivals tend to be the same, albeit with a few notable exceptions such as Boos, Shy Guys, Cream the Rabbit, Big the Cat, and Ludwig and Roy, all playing roles they didn't in their sister game. There are also a couple of plot-relevant characters in the story modes, such as the Snow Spirits in the Vancouver games that control the icy weather, and Phantasmal Clones made from fog in the London games. Neither do that much to warrant being made playable, so I guess that's that.
