Character Sheet: Bowser Jr. (New Series)

BOWSER JR.

Settle in, folks, we've got a lot of revisions to get through for this one. The "New" series featured most of the series favorites, almost all of which have been included here already and most of them brought at least something new to the table. In fact, we only have four new characters to include this time. They are:

1. Mario (Revision 4)
2. Luigi (Revision 3)
3. Koopa Troopa (Revision 3)
3e. Dry Bones (Revision 2)
4. Goomba (Revision 3)
5. Piranha Plant (Revision 3)
6. Boo (Revision 3)
8. Princess Peach (Revision 2)
9. Toad (Revision 2)
10. Yoshi (Revision 2)
11. Bowser (Revision 2)
13. Lakitu & Spinies (Revision 2)
14. Hammer Bro (Revision 2)
15. Chargin' Chuck (Revision 2)
16. Kamek (Name change, Revision 2)
20. The Koopalings (Revision 1)
22. Boom Boom (Revision 1)
25. Rosalina & Luma (Revision 1)
27. Bowser Jr. (Revision 1)
30. Blooper (Revision 1)
31. Monty Mole (Revision 1)
33. Petey Piranha (Revision 1)
11e. Dry Bowser
22e. Pom Pom
39. Fursuit Mario
40. Sprixie Princess

Alright, now let's take on Bowser Junior again. The last time we covered him, he had not yet appeared riding in a Klown Kar, though he did appear in numerous flying machines. This time though, we have now seen him in the Klown Kar, and have seen most of the moves he uses currently in Super Smash Bros. (not sure where the fork came from though).

Bowser Junior appears across New Super Mario Bros., New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and New Super Mario Bros. U, acting as a boss every single time. In the first game, Mario fought him in battles on foot, reminiscent of the Koopaling battles, lending credence to the idea of Junior taking up that seventh color slot in their character model. He will jump, charge, and tuck into his shell, just as they do, and throws Koopa shells during it. In later games, he uses the Klown Kar, breathes fire, fires cannonball bombs from the Kar, turns it into a submarine, uses punching gloves extended from it, drops a Torpedo Ted with it, throws Bob-Ombs, and uses it to slam down on Mario's head. That is quite a bit to work with.

Let's see how it all changes up!

Standard B: Cannonbomb
This is more or less his current Standard B in Super Smash Bros., though instead of a cannonball, it will be the bombs present in his boss battles in this series, meaning they will explode shortly after being fired.

Side B: Mechakoopa
Although this acts as his Down B currently, I'm moving it up here in order to keep his Shadow Mario transformation intact. It wasn't included before, as Junior hadn't been in a Klown Kar before, but I feel it is an essential part of the Klown Kar's moveset.

Up B: Eject
Basically his current Up B.

Down B: Transform
Bowser Junior will paint himself and transform into Shadow Mario. They will both have an individual square on the select screen, but can morph into one another.

Final Smash: Mechabowser
Hmm . . . sure, yeah, we'll stick with Mechabowser. Mechs have been kind of his thing, and obviously his current Final Smash wouldn't work anymore so . . .

Entrance: He could float down in the Klown Kar.

Taunts: His famous snicker has to be involved somehow. Maybe hopping out and painting in the air with his paintbrush. His tendency to put his hand over his eyes and look around. So on.

Next up: Let's check out the Bloopers and see what they've got!
