Settle in, folks, we've got a lot of revisions to get through for this one. Yoshi appears in New Super Mario Bros. Wii and New Super Mario Bros. U, the Wii U version in both an adult and baby form. Throughout both games, adult Yoshi will act more or less the same as he always has: running faster, performing a flutter jump, eating enemies and fruit, and breathing fire under certain circumstances (still no egg laying though). Baby Yoshi seems to have inherited its adult counterpart's special moves from Super Mario Galaxy 2, inflating to give its carrier lift and glowing in the dark, while also swallowing enemies whole who get in their way and spitting bubbles to capture enemies. Overall, not much new, but good to be sure.

Here is the moveset as is:

Standard B: Swallow
Still no egg part, just swallowing.

Side B: Fire Breath
Since Pianta has taken up the Fruit Juice move, and since breathing fire has been an almost constant feature of Yoshi's moveset in games, it seems fitting that he keep that one around.

Up B: Inflate
Inflating himself like a balloon will stick around, as he and his baby form have both shown the ability so far.

Down B: Ground Pound

Final Smash: Super Dragon
Still with the wings and fire breath, since they have both been major parts of his moveset.

Entrance: He hatches from an egg.

Taunts: That cute little dance he does when he completes a level would be a pretty good one. Honestly, a lot of his cute movements and behaviors would work. His victory dance in the New games.

Next up: Let's cover the King of Koopas, Bowser!
