MAREANIE/TOXAPEX
Skipping over Wishiwashi for now, we come to Mareanie and Toxapex, a Water/Poison line based on the crown-of-thorns starfish and other related spiky echinoderms. Not much else to say about them really. James had one in the anime.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Venoshock > Acid Spray
Side B: Poison Sting
Up B: Recover > Liquidation
Down B: Toxic Spikes > Baneful Bunker
Final Smash: Acid Downpour
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Flapping around its spikes, closing itself up, things like that.
Kirby Hat: The spiny hair flaps
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Toxic Spikes
Spirit Battle: On S.S. Prime Treasure
Victory Screen: Latching onto James's head? Probably more like just flapping around in the water happily.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors
