PIPLUP/PRINPLUP/EMPOLEON
Next up, let's cover the Water Starters of Gen IV, the Piplup line. These are based primarily on emperor penguins, with a little bit of Napoleon Bonaparte in there, as well as Poseidon's trident, and metal on Empoleon's wings matching the hulls of ice breaker vessels. Also Empoleon has wierd little fingers on the insides of its wings for some reason. I don't get it.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Peck > Metal Claw (II)
Side B: Bubble Beam > Hydro Pump (III)
Up B: Charm > Aqua Jet (III)
Down B: Pound > Brine (II) > Whirlpool (III)
Final Smash: Hydro Pump > Wave Crash (III)
Entrance: Poke Ball
Taunts: Bouncing up and down, sliding around, things like that.
Kirby Hat: Their face and beaks
Kart: The Poke Ball car
Special Move: Wave Crash
Spirit Battle: On Temporal Tower
Victory Screen: Bouncing up and down and sliding away.
Losing Screen: Fainted
Color Swaps: Main, shiny, other general colors.
