As far as I can tell, the only major remake in the franchise, Star Fox 64 3D. Not too much has changed, just your standard graphical upgrades, quality-of-life alterations to controls and thing, and a new battle mode. And covering this made me realize I forgot about Yaru de Pon, a Tanuki pilot from the game's training mode who only has a name in Japan. He would also very much be one of the pilots available for the Arwing character.

Grippy: gimmick rep for guard

Robots: blow up, blind the cameras, spray gas, fire laser cannons, abduct the cameras, blow fans, teleport, use magnets, punch, use shields, turn invisible, jump over walls, and drill

Infernal Joker: teleport, fire a laser, blow strong winds, shoot lightning bolts, transform, and divebomb, with a powerful finishing laser
