Character Sheet: Baron Phobos

And now, we come to our new batch of non-Pokemon characters for that roster, coming mostly from the spinoff games. They include:

5. Baron Phobos

As the main villain, Baron Phobos has a natural place as an echo fighter for Lucy Fleetfoot, being the next major character in the Pokemon Trozei game. He will function mostly the same, but he will be a bit more agressive with his attacks, let's say.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Trozei Beamer

Side B: Trozei Shift

Up B: Phobos Lift

Down B: Jammer Ball

Final Smash: Light's Out

He will turn the entire stage dark, making things confusing for all players on the stage, while the members of the Phobos Battalion attack.

Entrance: Descending on his chair.

Taunts: Up, an evil laugh. Side, extending his mechanical arms and swiveling them around. Down, he will open a Poke Ball to find it surprisingly empty.

Kirby Hat: His hair.

Kart: Based on the Phobos Train

Special Move: Lights Out

Spirit Battle: On Secret Storage.

Victory Screen: Flying off to his base with all the Poke Balls.

Losing Screen: Finding his entire supply stolen.

Color Swaps: Baron Phobos, a costume based on each member of the Battalion, one based on Lucy, and one based on Lucy's boss.

Next up is Lucy Fleetfoot, a secret agent and the protagonist of Pokemon Trozei. She is equipped with the Trozei beamer which will teleport Pokemon will still inside their Poke Balls, so as not to alert the members of Phobos that stole the Pokemon. Her moveset is entirely built around the mechanics of Trozei.

Here's the moveset I came up with:

Standard B: Trozei Beamer

She will fire her beamer at an opponent, and, when hit, the opponent will be instantly transported a few feet bechind Lucy.

Side B: Trozei Shift

She will project a small highlighter square a few feet in front of her, and anything on the same lateral plane as that square can be moved up, down, left, or right as the player sees fit.

Up B: Fleet of Foot

She will jump into a revolving door and fling herself up into the air, like she does in her intro.

Down B: Jammer Ball

She will toss out a jammer ball, that will serve as a projectile then as an immovable obstacle on the stage that her opponents will have to work around.

Final Smash: Trozei Satellite Beamer

Her agency's satellite will fire a beamer from above, instantly teleporting all players on the stage beyond the stage boundary.

Entrance: Jumping into a revolving door and coming out in her costume.

Taunts: Up, her standard hero pose. Side, a bunch of Pokemon heads appear and swirl around her. Down, she will perform a hero landing.

Kirby Hat: Her beret.

Kart: Based on the Phobos Train

Special Move: Trozei Beamer

Spirit Battle: On Secret Storage.

Victory Screen: The victory screen from the game.

Losing Screen: Phobos flying off with the Poke Balls.

Color Swaps: Her secret agent uniform, her civilian clothes, a Phobos uniform, a grass, fire, water, electric, and Aipom themed outfit.

Pokemon Trozei

POKEMON TROZEI

Pokemon Trozei is a puzzle game similar to games like Tetris and Panel de Pon, where you need to line up little Pokemon icons in lines of four by moving the rows and columns up and down and left and right. The game actually has a story, where you play as a secret agent called Lucy Fleetfoot, as a group called the Phobos Battalion has been stealing Poke Balls from all over the world, and she needs to infiltrate their Secret Storage facilities in order to zap them all back to headquarters using her special Trozei Beamer. Baron Phobos is the final boss, who can drop special orbs that block certain rows, and can turn out the lights, so that you have to focus on the silhouettes instead.
