LUCY FLEETFOOT
And now, we come to our new batch of non-Pokemon characters for that roster, coming mostly from the spinoff games. They include:
1. Wes and Rui
2. Michael
3. Pokemon Ranger
4. Lucy Fleetfoot
5. Baron Phobos
Next up is Lucy Fleetfoot, a secret agent and the protagonist of Pokemon Trozei. She is equipped with the Trozei beamer which will teleport Pokemon will still inside their Poke Balls, so as not to alert the members of Phobos that stole the Pokemon. Her moveset is entirely built around the mechanics of Trozei.
Here's the moveset I came up with:
Standard B: Trozei Beamer
She will fire her beamer at an opponent, and, when hit, the opponent will be instantly transported a few feet bechind Lucy.
Side B: Trozei Shift
She will project a small highlighter square a few feet in front of her, and anything on the same lateral plane as that square can be moved up, down, left, or right as the player sees fit.
Up B: Fleet of Foot
She will jump into a revolving door and fling herself up into the air, like she does in her intro.
Down B: Jammer Ball
She will toss out a jammer ball, that will serve as a projectile then as an immovable obstacle on the stage that her opponents will have to work around.
Final Smash: Trozei Satellite Beamer
Her agency's satellite will fire a beamer from above, instantly teleporting all players on the stage beyond the stage boundary.
Entrance: Jumping into a revolving door and coming out in her costume.
Taunts: Up, her standard hero pose. Side, a bunch of Pokemon heads appear and swirl around her. Down, she will perform a hero landing.
Kirby Hat: Her beret.
Kart: Based on the Phobos Train
Special Move: Trozei Beamer
Spirit Battle: On Secret Storage.
Victory Screen: The victory screen from the game.
Losing Screen: Phobos flying off with the Poke Balls.
Color Swaps: Her secret agent uniform, her civilian clothes, a Phobos uniform, a grass, fire, water, electric, and Aipom themed outfit.
